1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using SocialNetics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the service, including free and paid plan holders.

If you are using SocialNetics on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

SocialNetics is a social media planning, scheduling, and publishing platform. It allows users to connect social media accounts, create and organize content, schedule posts for future publication, and use AI-assisted content tools to support their workflow.

Currently supported platforms include Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and TikTok (Agency plan). Platform availability is subject to change based on third-party API access and policy.

3. User Accounts

To use SocialNetics, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@ranknetics.com and reset your password from the sign-in page.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. SocialNetics does not knowingly collect data from users under 16.

4. Connected Social Media Accounts

SocialNetics connects to third-party social media platforms via OAuth. By connecting a social account, you authorize SocialNetics to access, store, and use your account credentials and tokens to publish content on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to manage any account you connect to SocialNetics, including Pages, profiles, and business accounts.

Each connected account counts against the account limit of your current plan.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish through SocialNetics. By using the service, you grant SocialNetics a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through SocialNetics, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with the terms of any destination platform.

6. Publishing and Scheduling Disclaimer

SocialNetics provides scheduling and publishing tools that rely on third-party social media APIs. We do not guarantee successful delivery of any post. Publishing may fail due to expired account tokens, platform outages, API rate limits, content policy violations, permission changes, or other factors outside our control.

You are responsible for reviewing your posts before publishing and for monitoring the status of scheduled content.

7. AI Content Tools

SocialNetics offers optional AI-powered features to assist with content creation. These features are available on eligible plans. AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion only. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before applying it to your posts.

You agree not to use AI features to generate content that is deceptive, harmful, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws or the terms of any destination platform.

8. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

SocialNetics offers both a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Access to paid features continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SocialNetics only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate these terms, applicable law, or the terms of any connected social media platform. You may not use SocialNetics to publish spam, deceptive content, harassing material, or content that infringes on the rights of others.

10. Third-Party Services

SocialNetics integrates with third-party services including Meta, Clerk (authentication), our payment processor, and AI model providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to SocialNetics. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses or damages caused by service interruptions.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by submitting a deletion request as described on our Account & Data Deletion page.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

13. Disclaimers

SocialNetics is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialNetics and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of SocialNetics after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
