Common questions

How do I create an account?
Click "Get started" on the homepage and sign up with your email address. A free plan is available with no credit card required.
How do I connect my Facebook Page?
Go to the Accounts page inside SocialNetics and click "Add Social Account". Select Facebook and follow the OAuth authorization flow. You'll select which Pages to connect during that flow.
Why isn't my post publishing?
The most common cause is an expired or revoked account token. Go to the Accounts page and look for any reconnect warnings. Reconnecting the account will refresh your access token and restore publishing.
Which plans are available?
SocialNetics offers Free ($0), Starter ($14.99/mo), Creator ($29.99/mo), and Agency ($49.99/mo) plans. See the Pricing page for full feature comparisons.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to the Billing page inside your account and select the cancellation option. Your plan access continues until the end of your paid period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Visit our Account & Data Deletion page for full instructions, or email info@ranknetics.com with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
