• Artificially inflating engagement through automated or coordinated inauthentic behavior

• Promoting get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes, or deceptive offers

2. No Impersonation

You may not use SocialNetics to impersonate any person, brand, business, or organization. You must have authority to manage any social account you connect to SocialNetics and to publish content on its behalf.

3. No Illegal Content

You may not use SocialNetics to create, schedule, or publish content that is illegal under applicable law, including content that:

• Promotes or facilitates illegal activity
• Violates consumer protection, advertising, or data protection laws
• Constitutes illegal discrimination based on protected characteristics
• Involves the sale or promotion of regulated goods without proper authorization

4. No Harassment or Hateful Content

You may not use SocialNetics to publish content that harasses, threatens, intimidates, or targets individuals or groups based on protected characteristics including race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.

5. No Malware, Phishing, or Harmful Links

You may not use SocialNetics to distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any code intended to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data. You may not publish phishing links or other content designed to deceive users into providing sensitive information.

6. No Platform Abuse or API Misuse

You may not attempt to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from SocialNetics
• Circumvent rate limits, account limits, or plan restrictions
• Use SocialNetics in a way that violates the terms of service of any connected social media platform, including the terms of each platform you connect
• Access SocialNetics APIs or infrastructure beyond what is expressly permitted

7. No Copyright or Trademark Infringement

You may not use SocialNetics to publish content that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all images, video, music, text, and other content you publish through SocialNetics.

8. Enforcement and Suspension

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this policy. If we determine a violation has occurred, we may take any of the following actions at our sole discretion:
